Core User | Microsoft Teams

This course is designed as a half-day workshop to teach end users how to use Microsoft Teams effectively. They will gain a baseline understanding of Microsoft Teams workloads and features driving the modern hybrid workplace, helping them communicate and collaborate effectively with others inside, or outside, their organisation.

Outcomes

This course better prepares users to utilise Microsoft Teams workloads and functionalities, allowing them to put their knowledge into practice in the real world enabling real business outcomes.

Percentages are approximate. Whilst we endeavor to include a blend of theory, demo and activities in all of our courses we recognise that some delegates prefer a particular style of course (I.e. wholly or predominantly lab based workshops or immersion experiences) and would ask them to consider their preferred learning style before registration

Audience
Level 100: This course requires minimal experience of Microsoft Teams; however, it is beneficial if the user has a rudimentary awareness of Instant Messaging, File Sharing, Calling over the Internet, and using Apps.

Roles Aimed at: End users who are expected to work with Microsoft Teams on a day-to-day basis, as well as users looking to optimise their use of Microsoft Teams. Those with an interest in how to communicate or collaborate more efficiently, looking for a greater return on investment in Microsoft Teams or those with an interest in Microsoft technologies are welcome.
