Description
Microsoft 365 Copilot is an AI-powered productivity tool that helps users work more efficiently. It leverages the power of AI to boost productivity, unlock creativity, and helps users better analyse and understand information within the Microsoft 365 apps they use every day such as Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Teams. In this half-day hands-on course, we’ll introduce the core skills and concepts of using Microsoft 365 Copilot, including working with and optimising prompts.
Kickstarting your users use of Microsoft 365 Copilot for key business workflows and processes will be essential to getting the greatest return, as well as buy in for the next level of digital transformation. Outcomes. This course better prepares users to utilise Microsoft 365 Copilot and go on to put their knowledge into practice, enabling real business outcomes.

Audience
Course Level: 200. No experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot for Microsoft is required. However, since it is based upon Microsoft 365 apps users should come to the course with experience of using Microsoft 365 apps such as Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Teams
