1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“you,” “client,” or “user”) and Vibework Ltd (“Vibework,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) regarding your use of our website (https://vibework.com) and our managed IT services (“Services”). By accessing our Site or using our Services, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use our Site or Services.


2. Services Provided

Vibework offers Managed IT Services which may include:

  • Helpdesk support;

  • IT infrastructure monitoring and maintenance;

  • Data backup and disaster recovery;

  • Microsoft 365, Azure, Teams, SharePoint, and Intune management;

  • Cybersecurity solutions (firewall, antivirus, etc.);

  • Software licensing management.

Out of Scope: Services not listed above (e.g., hardware replacement, non-standard software support, on-site visits outside the agreed SLA) may incur additional charges.


3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date contact and system information;

  • Maintain required hardware and software in working condition;

  • Follow recommended security practices (e.g., MFA, password policies);

  • Grant Vibework necessary system and account access to perform Services.


4. Data Security & Compliance

We implement industry-standard security measures (encryption, access controls). We are not responsible for regulatory compliance (GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS, etc.) unless specifically contracted to manage compliance obligations. Clients remain the data controller for their own data under applicable privacy laws.


5. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks, and materials on the Site are owned by or licensed to Vibework. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written consent.


6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Engage in unlawful, abusive, or harmful behaviour;

  • Upload or share offensive, copyrighted, or infringing materials;

  • Interfere with Site functionality or attempt to breach security.


7. User Accounts (if applicable)

If the Site requires registration:

  • Keep your login credentials secure;

  • Notify us immediately of unauthorised use;

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.


8. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or accuracy of information.


9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
